The 72"W x 18"D x 84"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving starter unit is constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, featuring a heavy-duty frame with 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams on every level for added support and stability. This 3-shelf unit includes double rivet button stud construction that securely locks perimeter beams into the corner posts, forming a stable joint to eliminate back and side sway. The boltless design allows easy assembly without the use of nuts, bolts, or clips, with shelves that adjust in 1" increments to accommodate various storage needs. Each adjustable shelf is fitted with DuraDeck non-porous decking that wipes clean easily, making it suitable for environments where cleanliness is essential, such as healthcare and food service. The open design provides four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility, supports up to 600 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, and the system can be extended with add-on units for additional storage space.
