The 60"W x 24"D x 96"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems by connecting easily to standard-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration for a continuous shelving system. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 5-shelf unit features double rivet beams on every level for added support and stability, with a heavy-duty frame made from 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams that adjust in 1" increments to accommodate various storage needs. The boltless design enables quick assembly without the use of nuts, bolts, or clips, and the double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the corner posts to eliminate back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf includes DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, making the unit ideal for healthcare and food service applications. The design provides four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility, supports up to 640 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, and features pre-sized panels for seamless installation.
