Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 5-shelf unit features a boltless design for quick assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips. It has double rivet beams on every level for added support and stability, with 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams that adjust in 1" increments. The double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming stable joints that eliminate back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf includes DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface ideal for healthcare and food service applications, which wipes clean easily. The open design allows four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility, and the unit supports up to 800 lbs. per level when evenly distributed. Pre-sized panels enable seamless installation, making the unit suitable for industries where cleanliness is essential.
