The 48"W x 12"D x 96"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving starter unit is constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish and features a boltless design for quick assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips. This 4-shelf unit includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double-rivet beams on every level for added support and stability, and double rivet button stud construction that securely locks perimeter beams into the corner posts to prevent back and side sway. Shelves are adjustable in 1" increments to accommodate various storage needs and each shelf is fitted with DuraDeck non-porous decking that wipes clean easily, suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The unit supports up to 800 lbs. per level when the load is evenly distributed, offers four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility, and can be expanded with add-on units. Pre-sized panels enable seamless installation, making it ideal for industries where cleanliness is essential.
