Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this unit features a boltless design allowing quick assembly without the need for nuts, bolts, or clips. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams on every level for enhanced support and stability. These beams adjust in 1" increments to accommodate diverse storage needs, and the double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the corner posts, forming a stable joint to reduce back and side sway. Each of the four adjustable shelves is fitted with DuraDeck decking, which provides a smooth, non-porous wiping surface ideal for healthcare and food service applications.
