The 72"W x 18"D x 60"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems by connecting easily to standard-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration to create a continuous shelving system. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 4-shelf unit features a boltless design for quick assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips, and provides four-sided access for maximum flexibility. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams on every level, adjustable in 1" increments, supporting up to 600 lbs. per shelf when evenly distributed. The double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf uses DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous, easy-to-clean surface suitable for healthcare and food service environments. The system connects to a coordinating starter unit and includes double rivet beams on every level for added support and stability, with pre-sized panels for seamless installation.
