The 36"W x 12"D x 96"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand an existing storage system by connecting easily to standard-duty boltless starter kits through a T-post configuration, creating a continuous shelving system across multiple units. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this five-shelf unit features a boltless design that assembles easily without nuts, bolts, or clips, and includes double rivet beams on every level for added support and stability. The heavy-duty frame consists of 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, with double-riveted horizontal beams that adjust in 1" increments, and double rivet button stud construction locking perimeter beams into corner posts to eliminate back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf includes DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that is easy to clean, suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The open design offers four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility, supports up to 800 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, and includes pre-sized panels for seamless installation.
