Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, the unit features a heavy-duty frame with 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double rivet beams on every level for added support and stability, which adjust in 1" increments to meet various storage needs. The boltless design allows for quick assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips, and the double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the corner posts, minimizing back and side sway. This 5-shelf system provides four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility, with each adjustable shelf fitted with smooth, non-porous DuraDeck decking that wipes clean easily, making it suitable for industries where cleanliness is essential such as healthcare and food service. The shelving unit supports up to 800 lbs. per level when the load is evenly distributed and includes pre-sized panels for seamless installation.
