The 36"W x 24"D x 84"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems with a practical, space-saving solution. It connects easily to standard-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration to create a continuous shelving system. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 4-shelf unit features double rivet beams on every level for added support and stability, a boltless design enabling quick assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips, and 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers. The horizontal beams are double riveted at every level and adjust in 1" increments to meet various storage needs. Double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a stable joint that reduces back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf includes Duradeck decking with a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, suitable for healthcare and food service environments. The unit offers four-sided access for maximum flexibility, supports up to 800 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, and includes pre-sized panels for seamless installation.
