The 48"W x 24"D x 60"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems by connecting to standard-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration, creating a continuous shelving system across multiple units. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 4-shelf unit features double-riveted horizontal beams on every level and 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, providing added support and stability. The boltless design allows for easy assembly without the use of nuts, bolts, or clips, with beams adjustable in 1" increments to suit various storage needs. The double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf includes DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily and is ideal for healthcare and food service applications. This open design offers four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility, supports up to 800 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, and includes pre-sized panels for seamless installation.
