The 48"W x 18"D x 72"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving starter unit is constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish and features a boltless design that assembles easily without the use of nuts, bolts, or clips. This 4-shelf unit includes double rivet beams on every level for added support and stability, with 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and horizontal beams that adjust in 1" increments. The double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the corner posts, forming a stable joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf is fitted with DuraDeck non-porous decking that wipes clean easily, suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The shelving supports up to 800 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, offers four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility, and can be extended with add-on units for additional storage space.
