The 72"W x 18"D x 72"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving starter unit is constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish and features a boltless design that assembles easily without the use of nuts, bolts, or clips. This 4-shelf unit provides four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility and includes heavy-duty 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double rivet button stud horizontal beams on every level for added support and stability, and shelves that adjust in 1" increments. The double rivet beams securely lock perimeter beams into the corner posts, eliminating back and side sway, and each adjustable shelf is equipped with DuraDeck non-porous decking that wipes clean easily, making it ideal for healthcare and food service applications. The shelving supports up to 600 lbs. per level when evenly distributed and can be extended with add-on units for additional storage space.
