The 48"W x 12"D x 84"H SC Preferred standard-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems by connecting easily to standard-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration, creating a continuous shelving system across multiple units. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 5-shelf unit features a boltless design for quick assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips. It includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams at every level that adjust in 1" increments to suit various storage needs. The double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the corner posts, eliminating back and side sway and enhancing stability with double rivet beams on every level. Each adjustable shelf is fitted with DuraDeck decking, providing a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, making it suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The unit supports up to 800 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, offers four-sided access to stored items, and includes pre-sized panels for seamless installation.
