The 36"W x 24"D x 96"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems with practical, space-saving functionality. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 4-shelf unit features a boltless design that assembles easily without the use of nuts, bolts, or clips, and connects to a coordinating starter unit using a T-post configuration to create a continuous shelving system. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double rivet beams on every level for added support and stability, which adjust in 1" increments to accommodate various storage needs. The double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the corner posts, forming a stable joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf is fitted with DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily and is ideal for healthcare and food service applications. The open design provides four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility, and each shelf supports up to 800 lbs. per level when evenly distributed.
