The 96"W x 18"D x 96"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems by connecting to standard-duty boltless starter kits through a T-post configuration, creating a continuous shelving system. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 5-shelf unit features a boltless design that assembles easily without nuts, bolts, or clips and includes double rivet beams on every level for added support and stability. The frame consists of 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, and horizontal beams are double-riveted at every level with button stud construction to securely lock beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway. Shelves are adjustable in 1" increments and fitted with DuraDeck decking, providing a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The open design allows four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility, and each level supports up to 600 lbs. when evenly distributed.
