Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 5-shelf unit features a boltless design for quick assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips, and includes double rivet beams on every level for added support and stability. Its heavy-duty frame consists of 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, with horizontal beams double-riveted at every level that adjust in 1" increments to suit various storage needs. The double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, providing a stable joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf is fitted with DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface ideal for healthcare and food service applications, which wipes clean easily.
