The 72"W x 24"D x 96"H SC Preferred™ standard-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand your existing storage system by connecting easily to standard-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration for a continuous shelving setup. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this unit features a boltless design for quick assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips. It includes a heavy-duty frame with 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams on every level for added support and stability, which adjust in 1" increments to accommodate various storage needs. The double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the corner posts to eliminate back and side sway. Each of the five adjustable shelves is fitted with Duradeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, making it suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The open design allows four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility, and the unit supports loads up to 800 lbs. per level when evenly distributed. The kit and package include pre-sized panels for seamless installation and the unit connects to a coordinating starter unit for additional storage space.
