Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 7-shelf unit features a boltless design for quick assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double rivet beams on every level for added support and stability, with beams adjusting in 1" increments to suit various storage needs. The double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming stable joints that prevent back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf is fitted with DuraDeck decking, providing a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, which is suitable for healthcare and food service environments. The open design allows four-sided access to stored items, and the unit supports up to 800 lbs. per level when weight is evenly distributed. Pre-sized panels ensure seamless installation.
