Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 6-shelf unit features a boltless design for quick assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams on every level that adjust in 1" increments to accommodate various storage needs. The double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a stable joint that reduces back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf is fitted with DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, making it suitable for healthcare and food service environments. The unit supports up to 800 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, offers four-sided access to stored items, and includes pre-sized panels for seamless installation.
