The 48"W x 12"D x 84"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving starter unit is constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish and features five adjustable shelves fitted with Duradeck non-porous decking that wipes clean easily. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double rivet beams on every level for added support and stability, with beams that adjust in 1" increments to accommodate various storage needs. The double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway and providing four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility. The shelving supports up to 800 lbs. per level when evenly distributed and can be extended with add-on units for additional storage space.
