The 72"W x 18"D x 72"H SC Preferred standard-duty boltless shelving starter unit is constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, featuring five adjustable shelves with DuraDeck non-porous decking that wipes clean easily, making it suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The unit includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams on every level that adjust in 1" increments, supporting up to 600 lbs. per level when evenly distributed. Its boltless design allows easy assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips, and the double rivet button stud securely locks perimeter beams into corner posts to form a stable joint, eliminating back and side sway. The open design provides four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility, and pre-sized panels enable seamless installation.
