The 36"W x 12"D x 72"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving starter unit is constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish and features a boltless design that allows quick assembly without the use of nuts, bolts, or clips. It includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double rivet beams on every level for added support and stability, with horizontal beams adjustable in 1" increments to accommodate various storage needs. The double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the corner posts to form a stable joint that helps eliminate back and side sway. This 5-shelf unit provides four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility, and each adjustable shelf is equipped with DuraDeck non-porous decking that wipes clean easily, making it suitable for healthcare and food service applications where cleanliness is essential. The shelves support up to 800 lbs. per level when evenly distributed and the unit can be extended with add-on units for additional storage space. The package includes pre-sized panels for seamless installation.
