The 96"W x 24"D x 72"H SC Preferred standard-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems by connecting easily to standard-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration to create a continuous shelving system. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this unit features a boltless design that allows for quick assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips, and provides four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams on every level for added support and stability, which adjust in 1" increments to accommodate various storage requirements. The double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway. Each of the three adjustable shelves is fitted with Duradeck decking, offering a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, making it suitable for healthcare and food service environments. The shelving supports up to 800 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, features pre-sized panels for seamless installation, and is ideal for industries where cleanliness is critical.
