Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 5-shelf unit features a boltless design that assembles easily without nuts, bolts, or clips and provides four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility. Its heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams on every level for added support and stability; the beams adjust in 1" increments to accommodate various storage needs. The double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the corner posts, forming a stable joint that helps eliminate back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf is fitted with DuraDeck non-porous decking that wipes clean easily. The unit supports up to 640 lbs. per level when the load is evenly distributed and is suitable for industries where cleanliness is essential, such as healthcare and food service.
