The 36"W x 24"D x 96"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems with a practical, space-saving solution. It connects easily to standard-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration to create a continuous shelving system. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 5-shelf unit features a boltless design for quick assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips. Its heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams on every level for added support and stability, adjustable in 1" increments to accommodate various storage needs. The double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the corner posts, eliminating back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf is fitted with DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, making it suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The open design provides four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility, and the unit supports up to 800 lbs. per level when evenly distributed.
