The 48"W x 18"D x 96"H SC Preferred™ standard-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand your existing storage system by connecting to standard-duty boltless starter kits in a T-post configuration, creating a continuous shelving setup. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this unit includes a heavy-duty frame with 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double rivet beams at every level for enhanced support and stability. Shelves are adjustable in 1" increments and each level supports up to 800 lbs. when evenly distributed. The boltless design allows easy assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips, while the double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams to corner posts to prevent sway. The unit features five adjustable shelves fitted with Duradeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, making it suitable for healthcare and food service applications. This open design provides four-sided access to stored items, offering maximum flexibility. The package includes pre-sized panels for seamless installation.
