The 48"W x 18"D x 60"H SC Preferred™ standard-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems by connecting to standard-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, the unit features six adjustable shelves fitted with DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that cleans easily, suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams on every level for added support and stability, with adjustments available in 1" increments to meet varied storage requirements. The double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the corner posts, creating a stable joint that reduces back and side sway. The open design allows four-sided access to stored items, and each shelf supports up to 800 lbs. when evenly distributed.
