The 72"W x 24"D x 84"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving starter unit is constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish and features a boltless design for quick assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams on every level, providing added support and stability with double rivet button stud construction that securely locks perimeter beams into corner posts to eliminate back and side sway. The unit has five adjustable shelves fitted with DuraDeck non-porous decking, which wipes clean easily and is suitable for healthcare and food service applications. Shelves adjust in 1" increments to accommodate various storage needs and support up to 800 lbs. per level when evenly distributed. The open design allows four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility, and the shelving system can be extended with add-on units for additional storage space.
