The 60"W x 24"D x 60"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems with a practical, space-saving solution. It connects easily to standard-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration to create a continuous shelving system across multiple units. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 5-shelf unit features a boltless design for quick assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips, and provides four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double rivet beams on every level for added support and stability, adjusting in 1" increments to accommodate varied storage needs. The double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the corner posts, eliminating back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf is fitted with DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface suitable for healthcare and food service applications that wipes clean easily. The shelves support up to 640 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, and the kit includes pre-sized panels for seamless installation.
