The 60"W x 24"D x 72"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving starter unit is constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish and features five adjustable shelves fitted with DuraDeck non-porous decking that wipes clean easily, making it suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The unit includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double rivet beams on every level that are button stud constructed to securely lock perimeter beams into corner posts for added support, stability, and to help eliminate back and side sway. Shelves adjust in 1" increments to accommodate various storage needs and support up to 640 lbs. per level when evenly distributed. This boltless design assembles easily without the use of nuts, bolts, or clips, offers pre-sized panels for seamless installation, provides four-sided access to stored items due to its open design, and can be extended with add-on units for additional storage space.
