It connects easily to standard-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration to create a continuous shelving system across multiple units. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 6-shelf unit features a boltless design for quick assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips and offers four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams at every level that adjust in 1" increments to accommodate various storage needs. Double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming stable joints that reduce back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf is fitted with Duradeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, making it suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The unit supports up to 800 lbs. per level when evenly distributed and includes pre-sized panels for seamless installation.
