The 48"W x 24"D x 60"H SC Preferred™ standard-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems by connecting seamlessly to standard-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration for continuous shelving. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this unit features six adjustable shelves supported by a heavy-duty frame with 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams at every level for enhanced stability and support. The boltless design allows for easy assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips, while the double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into corner posts to eliminate back and side sway. Adjustable in 1" increments, each shelf is fitted with DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface ideal for healthcare and food service applications that is easy to clean. The open design permits four-sided access to stored items, and the unit supports up to 800 lbs. per level when the load is evenly distributed.
