The 36"W x 12"D x 60"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems and features double rivet beams on every level for added support and stability. It assembles easily without the use of nuts, bolts, or clips and connects to coordinating starter units to create a continuous shelving system using a T-post configuration. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this six-shelf unit offers four-sided access to stored items and quick assembly with its boltless design. The heavy-duty frame incorporates 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams adjustable in 1" increments to meet various storage needs. Double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into corner posts to eliminate back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf includes DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface suitable for healthcare and food service environments, that wipes clean easily. The shelves support up to 800 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, and the pre-sized panels ensure seamless installation.
