The 96"W x 18"D x 72"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving starter unit is constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish and designed for practical, space-saving storage. This 3-shelf unit features a boltless design allowing easy assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips, and provides four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility. Its heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams on every level for added support and stability, with beams adjusting in 1" increments to accommodate various storage needs. Double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into corner posts to form a stable joint that helps eliminate back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf is equipped with DuraDeck non-porous decking that wipes clean easily, making it suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The shelves support up to 600 lbs. per level when evenly distributed and the shelving can be extended with add-on units for additional storage space. Pre-sized panels ensure seamless installation.
