The 96"W x 18"D x 84"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving starter unit is constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish and features a boltless design for easy assembly without the use of nuts, bolts, or clips. It includes a heavy-duty frame made with 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams on every level for added support and stability, with the button stud construction securely locking perimeter beams into the corner posts to form a stable joint that prevents back and side sway. The unit has three adjustable shelves fitted with Duradeck non-porous decking that wipes clean easily and adjusts in 1" increments to accommodate various storage needs, supporting up to 600 lbs. per level when evenly distributed. The open design allows four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility, making it ideal for industries where cleanliness is essential, such as healthcare and food service.
