The 96"W x 24"D x 96"H SC Preferred® standard-duty boltless shelving starter unit is constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish and features a boltless design for quick, easy assembly without the need for nuts, bolts, or clips. This 5-shelf unit provides four-sided access to stored items and includes heavy-duty 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers with double rivet beams on every level for added support and stability, adjusting in 1" increments to accommodate various storage needs. The double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the corner posts, forming a stable joint that reduces back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf is fitted with DuraDeck non-porous decking that wipes clean easily, making it suitable for healthcare and food service applications. Pre-sized panels ensure seamless installation, and the unit supports up to 800 lbs. per level when evenly distributed. Additional storage space can be created by extending the shelving with add-on units.
