The 48"W x 12"D x 84"H SC Preferred® commercial-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems by connecting easily to commercial-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration, creating a continuous shelving system across multiple units. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 7-shelf unit features a boltless design for quick assembly and provides four-sided access for maximum flexibility. Its heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers with double rivet beams on the top and bottom levels and single rivet beams on the middle shelf for added stability. The rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the posts, reducing back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf includes DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface ideal for healthcare and food service applications, and shelves are adjustable at 1" increments. The unit supports up to 300 lbs. per level when evenly distributed and features pre-sized panels for seamless installation, making it suitable for industries where cleanliness is essential.
