The 48"W x 18"D x 60"H SC Preferred commercial-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems by connecting to commercial-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration, creating continuous shelving across multiple units. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this six-shelf unit features a boltless design for quick assembly and provides four-sided access for maximum flexibility. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, with double rivet beams on the top and bottom levels and single rivet beams on the middle shelf for added stability. The rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the posts to reduce back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf includes Duradeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, suitable for healthcare and food service applications. Shelves are adjustable at 1" increments and support up to 300 lbs. per level when evenly distributed. The unit features pre-sized panels for seamless installation and an open design that allows four-sided access to stored items, making it ideal for industries where cleanliness is essential.
