The 48"W x 12"D x 96"H SC Preferred® commercial-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems by connecting easily to commercial-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration, allowing for a continuous shelving system across multiple units. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 7-shelf unit features a boltless design for quick assembly and offers four-sided access for maximum flexibility. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double rivet beams on the top and bottom shelves for added stability, and single rivet beams on the middle shelves for reliable support. The rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the posts to reduce back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf is fitted with DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface ideal for healthcare and food service environments, and shelves adjust in 1" increments. The unit supports up to 300 lbs. per level when evenly distributed and features pre-sized panels for seamless installation, making it suitable for industries where cleanliness is essential.
