The 48"W x 24"D x 96"H SC Preferred™ commercial-duty boltless shelving add-on unit expands existing storage systems with a durable roll-formed steel construction and a chip-resistant gray enamel finish. It features a boltless design for quick assembly and connects to coordinating starter units using a T-post configuration for creating continuous shelving systems. The unit includes six adjustable shelves with DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface suitable for healthcare and food service applications, adjustable at 1" increments. The heavy-duty frame consists of 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double rivet beams on the top and bottom shelves, and single rivet beams on the middle shelf for added stability and reliable support. Rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams securely into the posts to reduce back and side sway. The shelving supports up to 300 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, features pre-sized panels for seamless installation, and offers an open design providing four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility.
