The 36"W x 24"D x 72"H SC Preferred® commercial-duty boltless shelving starter unit is constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish and features a boltless design for quick assembly without the use of nuts, bolts, or clips. It includes six adjustable shelves fitted with Duradeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface suitable for healthcare and food service applications, and supports up to 400 lbs. per level when evenly distributed. The heavy-duty frame consists of 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, with double rivet beams on the top and bottom shelves and single rivet beams on the middle shelf for added stability. Rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts to form stable joints and help eliminate back and side sway. Shelves adjust in 1" increments, and the open design allows four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility. The unit can be extended with add-on units for additional storage space and comes with pre-sized panels for seamless installation.
