The 36"W x 12"D x 60"H commercial-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems by connecting to coordinating starter units using a T-post configuration to create continuous shelving across multiple units. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this six-shelf unit features a boltless design for quick assembly and provides four-sided access for maximum flexibility. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, with double rivet beams on the top and bottom shelves for added stability and a single rivet beam on the middle shelf for reliable support. The rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the posts, forming stable joints that reduce back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf includes Duradeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, suitable for healthcare and food service applications. Shelves are adjustable in 1" increments and support up to 400 lbs. per level when evenly distributed. The unit features pre-sized panels for seamless installation and an open design allowing access from all four sides.
