The 48"W x 18"D x 96"H SC Preferred™ commercial-duty boltless shelving add on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems with its 7-shelf, boltless design for quick assembly and four-sided access for maximum flexibility. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, it features a heavy-duty frame made of 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double rivet beams on the top and bottom levels for added stability, and single rivet beams on the middle shelf for reliable support. The rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the posts, reducing back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf is fitted with Duradeck decking, providing a smooth, non-porous surface that is easy to clean and suitable for healthcare and food service applications. This unit supports up to 300 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, includes pre-sized panels for seamless installation, and offers shelves adjustable at 1" increments. It connects to a coordinating starter unit using a T-post configuration to create a continuous shelving system, making it ideal for industries requiring cleanliness and efficient storage.
