The 36"W x 18"D x 84"H SC Preferred™ commercial-duty boltless shelving starter unit is constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish and includes seven adjustable shelves with DuraDeck decking, providing a smooth, non-porous surface ideal for healthcare and food service applications. The heavy-duty frame features 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double rivet beams on the top and bottom levels, and single rivet beams on the middle shelf for added stability and reliable support. Its boltless design allows for quick assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips, with rivet button stud construction locking perimeter beams into corner posts to reduce sway. Each shelf supports up to 400 lbs. evenly distributed and adjusts in 1" increments. The open design offers four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility, and pre-sized panels ensure seamless installation. The unit can be extended with add-on units for additional storage space.
