The 48"W x 24"D x 84"H SC Preferred™ commercial-duty boltless shelving add on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems with a practical, space-saving solution that connects easily to commercial-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration for a continuous shelving system across multiple units. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 7-shelf unit features a boltless design for quick assembly and provides four-sided access for maximum flexibility. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double rivet beams on the top and bottom levels, and single rivet beams on the middle shelf for added stability. Rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the posts, reducing back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf, fitted with DuraDeck decking, offers a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, making it suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The shelving supports up to 300 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, features pre-sized panels for seamless installation, and allows shelves to be adjusted in 1" increments.
