The 48"W x 24"D x 96"H SC Preferred commercial-duty boltless shelving add on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems by connecting easily to commercial-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration, allowing a continuous shelving system across multiple units. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 7-shelf unit features a boltless design for quick assembly and offers four-sided access for maximum flexibility. The heavy-duty frame comprises 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, with single rivet horizontal beams on the middle shelf and double rivet beams on the top and bottom levels for added stability. Rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the posts, reducing back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf, which supports up to 300 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, is fitted with DuraDeck decking, a smooth non-porous surface ideal for healthcare and food service applications. Shelves adjust in 1" increments, and the pre-sized panels allow seamless installation. This open design is ideal for industries where cleanliness is essential.
