The 48"W x 24"D x 60"H SC Preferred® commercial-duty boltless shelving starter unit is constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, featuring six adjustable shelves with DuraDeck decking that provides a smooth, non-porous surface ideal for healthcare and food service applications. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double rivet beams on the top and bottom levels for added stability, and single rivet beams on the middle shelf, all secured with rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway. Shelves adjust in 1" increments and support up to 300 lbs. per level when evenly distributed. The boltless design allows for easy assembly without nuts, bolts, or clips and provides four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility. The unit features pre-sized panels for seamless installation and can be extended with add-on units for additional storage space.
