The 36"W x 12"D x 84"H SC Preferred™ commercial-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish and features a boltless design for quick assembly. It includes seven adjustable shelves with Duradeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface ideal for healthcare and food service applications, adjustable at 1" increments. The unit has double rivet beams on the top and bottom levels and single rivet beams on the middle shelf for added stability, connecting securely to coordinating starter units using a T-post configuration to create continuous shelving. Its 14-gauge steel uprights are punched on 1" centers, and rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into posts to reduce back and side sway. The shelving supports up to 400 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, features pre-sized panels for seamless installation, and offers an open design for four-sided access to stored items, making it suitable for industries where cleanliness is essential.
