Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 3-shelf unit features a boltless design that allows easy assembly without the use of nuts, bolts, or clips. It includes double rivet beams on every level for added support and stability, with 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and beams adjustable in 1" increments to accommodate various storage needs. The double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into corner posts for a stable joint that minimizes back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf is equipped with DuraDeck decking, offering a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, making it suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The open design provides four-sided access to stored items for maximum flexibility, and the shelving supports up to 800 lbs. per level when evenly distributed.
