The TC-280F vacuum sealer is a stainless steel vacuum chamber machine designed for sealing vacuum pouches in the pharmaceutical, food, or electronic industries. It operates without the need for an external compressor. To use, place the vacuum pouch in the chamber with the open edge across the sealing bar, close the acrylic plastic lid to start the cycle, and the lid automatically opens when the cycle completes. The vacuum time ranges from 15 to 30 seconds. The machine features a durable aluminum steel bar with a standard seal width of 3mm and electric cut off, although 4mm seals are available by special request. Custom options include gas flush, sensor control, bi-active sealing, and 220V configuration. The unit is compact and fits most spaces, is assembled in the US with a Busch pump, and is certified by ETL, UL, NSF, CE, and CSA. The TC-280F ships via LTL freight only and comes with warranty terms as specified by the manufacturer.
